We already know a whole lot about who's working on it, what it might sound like and what Adam Lambert thinks about it. And now, we might actually have a release date for it too.

We're talking about "American Idol" champ Kris Allen's debut album. And, according to one rather gigantic online retailer, it's coming out November 17.

On Monday, Amazon.com began taking pre-orders for Allen's debut disc (under the working title New Release 2009) and lists the release date as November 17. Lambert's post-"Idol" debut also has a similar page on the site, though that album is not available for pre-order and does not have an accompanying release date.

So should Allen fans be gearing up for a November release? We're not sure. A spokesperson for 19 Entertainment, which handles the post-show careers of many former "Idol" contestants, including Allen, had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time, and a message left with Amazon's media relations department had not been returned.

And while the release date for Allen's album might still be a mystery, there are even more details emerging about the cast of talent he's working with on the album itself. Names like the Fray guitarist Joe King and hip-hop producer Salaam Remi have already been mentioned, but now, you can add the likes of Toby Gad (who produced Beyoncé's "If I Were a Boy" and co-wrote Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry") and Lindy Robbins (who's worked with everyone from the Backstreet Boys to Lisa Loeb) to the roster too.

Allen announced that he was working with the pair of hitmakers in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, saying the album "will definitely have that pop-rock thing."

Get your "Idol" fix on MTV News' "American Idol" page, where you'll find all the latest news, interviews and opinions.
